Favorite outside of work activity: Anything outdoors! Including (but not limited to…) biking, walking, boating w family, & watching kids’ sports.

Favorite moment at St. Joe’s: Every Field Day—especially throwing color powder on wet middle schoolers!!

Favorite children’s book: Islandborn by Junot Diaz.

Favorite place in Minnesota: Duluth.

Qualities your favorite teacher possessed: Insight into his students; the ability to encourage students to do things they didn’t know if they were capable of.
