Extended School Care (ESC)
St. Joseph School offers an extended day program. We are excited to offer a before and an after school on-site care program for our students in grades K-6. Morning hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. and includes breakfast. After school care hours are from 2:50 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and include a healthy snack. In addition, all ESC families will receive a key fob that allows families access to the school building before or after regular school day hours to drop off or pick up students ($10 charge). Please note that the ESC program requires a copy of the student’s birth certificate and current vaccinations to be kept on file with their records. This must be completed prior to the first day of care. Drop ins are welcome with a 24 hour notice.
ESC Program hours are as follows:
Before School Care 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Includes a healthy breakfast)
After School Care 2:50 PM – 6:00 PM (Includes a healthy snack and homework time)
Non-School Day Care 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks)
The cost for ESC Programming for 2025-2026 is as follows:
Before School Care: $8.00 per student, per day
After School Care:
Pick up by 4:00 $8.00 per student, per day
Pick up by 4:30 $12.00 per student, per day
Pick up by 5:00 $16.00 per student, per day
Pick up by 5:30 $20.00 per student, per day
Pick up by 6:00 $24.00 per student, per day
Students picked up after 6:00pm will be assessed an additional $15 every 15 minutes.
Non School Day Care $60.00 per student, per day
(Non-School Days) Families must reserve a space for non-school days 1 week (7 days) prior to the non-school date of care. This allows us to adequately plan for staffing and supplies. We must have at least 5 students registered for each non-school day childcare day in order to offer care.
