Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year at St. Joseph School!  Please review the To Do List below and complete the required paper forms and online forms prior to September 2, 2026.  Thank you! We look forward to serving your family at SJS this year!

All Families Preschool-8th Grade

Emergency Card: We utilize information from your child’s TADS online enrollment to create his or her emergency card for the 2026-2027 school year.  Please verify the following information on the sheet for each child.  This sheet will be on your student’s desk at Welcome Back Night, please return on the first day of school with any corrections:

1. Any medical conditions, including asthma requiring an inhaler
2. Any allergies including food allergies (please provide the allergy action plan from your physician)
3. Any current medication, including dosage    

Important Forms: The following forms must be filled out for each family registered in St. Joseph School Preschool-8th grade.  Paper forms must be printed and returned to the school office by September 2.   All paper forms are linked, please fill out and return to school.  All online forms can be filled out via the links below.

1. Paper Form: 2026-2027 Application for Educational Benefits (formerly known as free/reduced lunch program)–if applicable, Preschool – 8th grade
2. Paper Form: 2026-2027 Special Diet Form (if applicable), must be filled out yearly, including physician signature
3. Paper Form: 2026-2027 Educational Aids for Students Attending Non-Public Schools for K-8 families only
4. Online Form: 2026-2027 Extended School Care (ESC) online registration for grades K – 6

Fees: The following fees are debited from TADS accounts on August 25, 2026. 

1. $100 Technology fee per student (K-8th grade)
2. $30 Home & School dues per student (preschool-8th grade)
3. $225 volunteer fee per family (K- 8 families only)

New K-8 Students Only: The following must be on file for new K-8 students registered in St. Joseph School.  All families have been notified what forms are still outstanding.  Please contact the office if you have any questions.  

1. Request for records from former school (grades 1 and up)
2. Birth certificate (all new students)
3. Immunization record (all new students). MN State law requires that children enrolling for the first time in a Minnesota public or non-public school in grades K-8 must show immunization documentation or a notarized objection form prior to the first day of school on August 31, 2026.
