Tuition rates are set by the School Commission, Parish Finance Council, and Father Paul Kammen. After analyzing the projected income and expenses, the tuition rates below were approved for the 2019- 2020 school year. It is important to keep in mind that school tuition revenue does not cover the cost of educating a child at St. Joseph School. Since St. Joseph School is a ministry of the Church of St. Joseph, our parish invests over $190,000 in our school each year, which includes $130,000 in financial aid.

$5,418--one student, $100 registration fee
$10,836--two students, $150 registration fee
$13,140--three students (with multi-child discount), $175 registration fee
$14,535--four students (with multi-child discount), $200 registration fee
$15,849--five students (with multi-child discount), $225 registration fee
Includes TADS Educate costs for online gradebook access, parent notification system, and cafeteria registration fees. Other fees, such as Home & School dues ($25/family), volunteer fee ($150/family) and student planners ($5/student) will be assessed in August.
Financial Aid Information
St. Joseph School offers financial assistance to qualifying families that are active, registered parishioners of the Church of St. Joseph. The financial aid award process is managed through TADS, an outside vendor. Because the Church of St. Joseph is fully committed to making Catholic education affordable to all who apply to the school, all families are strongly encouraged to examine their finances and complete the TADS application form (www.mytads.com).
All applications are kept confidential. As part of this process, families can also apply for Aim Higher and Catholic Services Appeal Foundation Scholarships (February 17, 2019 deadline!). Please complete and submit your financial aid application by April 1, 2019. Award recipients will be notified in May 2019.
St. Joseph School conducts three fundraisers per school year which include a fall annual fund, Catholic Schools Raffle, and school gala. At this time, we do not have a family fundraising requirement. However, families are expected to participate with time, talent, and treasure to assist in meeting our yearly fundraising goals.
Please spread the good news about St. Joe’s! St. Joseph School is pleased to offer a $500 Referral Grant for current families! If you currently have children attending St. Joseph School, you can receive $500 for each new family you recruit to join our school community. This award will be credited to your tuition account in January of 2020.
