NWEA Measures of Academic Progress

St. Joseph School utilizes the NWEA Measures of Academic Progress standardized assessment for all students in grades K-8.  The NWEA assessments are given three times per year and produce highly useful data that is used to inform instruction and best meet the needs of all learners.  In addition, these assessments provide MCA (Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment) and ACT predictor scores. The NWEA assessments are used to evaluate students in the areas of English Language Arts and Math and are aligned with Minnesota State standards.
